Get a glimpse of the Modern meets Vintage event we had last Saturday at Bord de l’eau here

It was super fun, with fabulous people and good music and we want to thank all of you for coming and making this possible.

Last time I wanted to take an outfit picture I was home and the light wasn’t very helpful in my room so I went over to my roommates’ where it was a bit sunnier.

As she wasn’t there I felt  like the creepy roommate who goes over to the room when the other person is absent, so as soon I took the photo I left the room tiptoed.

tights: purchased long time ago somewhere in Ireland

Break the total black outfit and the winter blues, with a coat or a jacket in colour.

And you’ll see the outcome  will be effective and refreshing to your mood.

These photos were taken on Sunday when my family and I visited my father’s old house, where he grew up. It was a typical cold winter day but the pumkin colour of my coat, the light blue of the door and the white washed stairs of the house added light to the grey scenery.

All and all, it was a fine day with loads of cat feeding and family gatherings.

In Wear Vintage we love photographing ordinary good looking people with a vintage vibe.

I find it very inspiring and refreshing to work with different people every time, they always bring in something new.

The first post of the year 2012!

And I wanted to share some of the images that put a smile on my face every time I look at them…oh my what a year 2011 was, tough, but I try to keep only the good stuff (that’s what we shoud always do, right?).

I entered a new era, we all have a new year to focus on and now it’s the time to make the New Years Resolutions. One of mine’s is to work on my blog post schedule and be more productive when it comes to posting.

I came to realise that if you really want something you should never give up on it, and that’s what I will try to do from now on!

It was fun around here, loads of good food and games with friends and family..my birthday is coming soon and I’m nervous and exciting at the same time.
